Aspen Rader

BASI Pilates Instructor

Aspen Rader grew up in Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Sociology.  At a young age of 2 years old, Aspen started her dancing career. Through dancing, she was introduced to Pilates as a form of “cross-training” for dancers and she was hooked on Pilates from the beginning. While Pilates helped improve her dancing ability, she also used Pilates to rehabilitate from various injuries.

Several years later, Aspen decided to become a Pilates instructor and signed up to become a Body, Arts, Science, International (BASI) instructor.  It was the best decision of her life.  She found a sense of home in her work as a BASI Pilates instructor.  Being able to help people achieve their goals and to make people feel physically better in just one session, was the best reward she could hope for.

Over the years as a Pilates instructor, Aspen has worked with a wide variety of clientele all differing in age, prior physical exercise experience, and goals.  Aspen is trained to work with people who might be suffering from Injuries or pathologies including (but not limited to) low back pain, Kyphosis, and Osteoporosis.  She also has extensive educational training in working with Seniors, Dancers, Sport Professional, and Pre and Post Natal populations.

Aspen loves being a Pilates instructor and believes everyone can benefit from Pilates whether it’s for rehab, cross training or to get fit!!  She loves to help all of her clients reach their goals!
